AR & VR Industry Will Grow to $150 Billion

According to TechCrunch, the Virtual Reality industry will grow to thirty billion dollars by 2020, with cinematic VR accounting for about a quarter of that growth. This is especially interesting when compared to Digiday's projections for the digital video advertising industry placing the industry at $12.2 billion dollars by 2018. What these projections do not include is the growing presence of cinematic Virtual Reality content on mobile devices, and whether cinematic VR will be considered digital video advertising by industry analysts.
