Metaverse Strategy

Demystifying the metaverse: separating hype from substance.

Unlocking the metaverse for brands looking to dive in (or at least dip their toes).

Our two cents.

You may be sick of hearing about the metaverse, but it’s here to stay.

If you ask ten people to define the metaverse, you’re likely to get a dozen different responses. But if you ask us, the metaverse is simply the next iteration of the internet—a more spatial, more connected version of the web that we know and love today.

As an immersive innovation studio with deep roots in virtual and augmented reality, we’ve earned a reputation for working with brands

and agencies to apply new technologies in ways that disrupt the status quo. So while the past few months have seen a massive uptick in metaverse talk, we’ve been walking the walk for six years running. Metaverse is what we do, and all we’ve done since 2015.

If you'd like to discuss ways in which your business or brand can dive in, get in touch below.

Why the Metaverse?

"It is going to be much, much bigger than the 3D physical world that we enjoy today." ... "The economy of the virtual world will be much, much bigger than the economy of the physical world."

- Jensen Huang, CEO, Nvidia

"I believe the metaverse is the next chapter for the internet."

- Mark Zuckerberg, CEO, Meta

Use Cases

Metaverse,
Three Ways

Brands can bridge the gap between virtual and real worlds with fully immersive VR experiences or with AR as a digital layer on top of the physical world.

AR is largely mobile, thanks to major players like Snap, Tiktok, and Instagram; while devices like the Oculus Quest 2 have made VR metaverse experiences more accessible than ever.

Shared spaces and virtual worlds can serve every imaginable purpose—from gaming and socializing, to entertainment, commerce, and productivity.

VR offers the most immersion; while mobile AR, tablet, and laptop-based experiences offer massive reach.

Blockchain technology has reshaped how we record transactions and track assets, creating ‘trust-less systems’ for trade and ownership without central authorities involved.

This will allow consumers to maintain a consistent identity across multiple digital worlds, while making in-metaverse purchases portable and transferable.
